Sierra Resources accepts payment via credit card.
Sierra Resources utilizes the PayPal network for invoicing and payments.
Credit terms are available for established accounts.
Shipments outside of the United States must be pre-paid.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Sierra
works closely with a large number of freight carriers and can
ship your order almost anywhere in the world. We will need your
shipping address and the name of the contact person responsible
for receiving the goods including their phone number. Most freight
companies including UPS, FEDEX and DHL will not deliver to a P.O. box.
Please
note that due to temperature sensitivity of many Sierra products,
the storage temperature is critical. Many hot climates exceed
acceptable temperatures and exposed products may perish. Special
refrigeration conditions are necessary under circumstances. If
temperatures can exceed 28ºC at any time during transfer or while
clearing customs, please notify Sierra prior to shipping so proper
precautions can be taken.
RETURN POLICY
If
any time a product does not perform satisfactorily, please notify
us immediately. For quality control purposes provide the lot number
and expiration date. Please obtain a Return Authorization Number
from Sierra prior to returning unsatisfactory goods. Credits and
refunds are given at the sole discretion of Sierra Resources International,
Inc. Sierra can not be responsible for expired goods.
